INTRODUCTION

Following the successful runs of our performance based competency programme for executives, 6M has come up with another 6-month learning experience - for MANAGERS.

What does it take to be an effective manager?  This programme, 6M Core Competencies for Managers (CCM) will bring valuable insights and skills development that will alleviate the capability of your management team to a new level-bringing performance achievements and a sense of achievement/satisfaction, not only for the individual but, more importantly, for the organisation as a whole.
