process for Career Development including job transfers/rotations,
and setting up of supporting procedures and guidelines. |

to the overall management of the organisation's training and
development activities. |

Develop
a system to track training attendance, pre/post reviews to ensure
training schedules are met, to provide the basis for reviewing the
effectiveness of TTP and its impact on business performance. |

Establish
policies and criteria for assessing training effectiveness and
develop the various evaluation/feedback forms and procedures
including guidance on fine tuning the system to achieve the People
Developer Award.
